For the interest of the UNION and beyond.

Myanmar needs reform, a genuine effective reform. New ways, theories, ideas and approaches are needed by new thinking. New brains that are not brain washed are badly needed to get Myanmar out of the stalemate/deadlock situation. New attitudes that reflects the will of all races of the Union is needed. A responsible, transparent agendas that respects and dignified the needs of all races of the UNION are needed and implemented and the knowledge/understanding of "what diversity really means". This is a “think tank” heading. Please come up with any thoughts or ideas to get Burma/Myanmar out of the deadlock situation. All views from all angles are welcome regardless of which side you are.

Genuine Democratic Constitution needs to be drafted and endorse by all sides. SPDC is stubborn and sticking to their own version of Constitution which is not valid by the opposition side let alone to be recognized by the Internartional community. Every country depends on the Constitution and yet the current regime runs the nation without a working constitution that creates many problematic situation.

The Union cannot be united as long as discrimination involved. To have a true and strong Union, all must be valued and respected, majorities and minorities alike. Acknowledge the importance of all no matter how small or un noticeable it may be. Be transparent, and take responsibility by action of faith and fairness. The Union that was build when Burma/Myanmar got independence from the British was not perfect nor the defunct socialist era of Ne Win or the militant era of spdc. A way in a new form to united all races and regions of the Union are badly needed. To gain respect and support the needs and request of all ethnics' demands should be seriously considered. While giving some freedom and at the same time relying on Federalism of central Government should be the best scenario to accommodate all. Imposing one race's agenda is not a wise one nor will it be long lasting.
